Responsibilities

  • Main duties & responsibilities
  • Assistant to our client advisors in relation to the administration of a portfolio of corporate pension schemes, group risk schemes and individual day-to-day clients
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration i.e. processing contributions, checking documentation, drafting communication, preparing client valuations, processing of all new business proposals and applications.
  • Assisting with annual renewals and new joiner requests from the employer ensuring all records are kept up to date and premiums paid in a timely manner.
  • Assist the team in ensuring that all regulatory requirements are satisfied and the firm/clients/schemes remain fully compliant on an ongoing basis
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance requirements are satisfied in processing any new business
  • Liaise with all third-party service providers including Investment Managers, product providers, and trustees, to ensure client requests and actions are processed and completed in a satisfactory manner
  • Adhere to Grant Thornton company policies, procedures and controls to ensure deliverance of excellent service
