  • - A key point of contact for accounts to reach out to for support with their subscription, ICIS solutions and services or other relevant queries, taking care of existing users, key point of contact – supporting subscriptions
  • - High value, high quality engagement with customers throughout the subscription cycle which maintains customer satisfaction, engagement and loyalty
  • - Provide training on ICIS solutions where required, including onboarding new users, and thus supporting customers to achieve their desired outcomes using our products and services, making them an effective and integral part of users’ workflow
  • - Analyze usage data and utilize your findings to deliver impactful and valuable engagements
  • - Manage upsell and growth opportunities with accounts within your portfolio when they arise, following the ICIS value based sales approach
