Responsibilities

  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities for all five Cluster Hotels, generating leads within the corporate segment across group, catering, and business transient.
  • Develops and strengthens relationships with existing accounts to foster long term partnerships and ensure repeat business.
  • Takes ownership of deployed segment and drives new initiatives to generate enquiries and increase enquiry conversion.
  • Work in alignment with the hotels’ strategic priorities, ensuring sales efforts support overall business goals.
  • Collaborates with the cluster team, hotel teams and wider sales teams (such as Area and Global Sales) on client activity to maximise client engagement.
  • Organises and conducts site inspections and FAM trips; arranges client meetings and activity.
  • Maintains clear communication with hotels and stakeholders on sales activity, progress and results.
  • Supports Groups & Events Team with enquiry closure by leveraging experience and expertise of the corporate segment.
  • Attends networking and industry events; monitors local, national and international business outlook to deepen knowledge of deployed segments and wider hotel strategies.
  • Supports enquiry process and contracts for complex bookings, providing tailored solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Creates and executes strategic account plans to achieve hotel and individual goals.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date account data and reporting.
