Requirements

  • 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree or a 2:2 Postgraduate Degree (obtained or expected) in any discipline
  • Commercial understanding, analytical abilities, communication skills and a talent for leadership
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for working in a customer-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • We’re passionate about your development and offer a tailored training path that will help develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours, both during the scheme and in your future career.
  • Previous Commercial graduates have been involved in projects supporting our Portfolio Hedging Team, where they were able to get involved analysing the drivers of market changes, reporting on profit and loss and understanding how and why trading decisions are made.
  • You could also be supporting the operation and development of our digital marketing channels; being responsible for presenting results on your channel and identifying upcoming risks/opportunities to senior stakeholders.
  • You’ll also have mentors and industry experts to give you endless advice along the way!
