Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to supervise and manage various daily operational aspects
  • Coordinating Product Development Teams for collections finalization in line with the seasonal plan set by the Operations Manager
  • Coordinating with Merchandising Team for prices finalization in line with the seasonal plan set by the Operations Manager
  • Coordinating with IT for the products/prices release on the digital selling platform JOOR
  • Constantly liaising with the Sales/Buying Teams worldwide and update the Commercial Operations Manager on the status of the selling campaign.
  • Operational Support & Commercial Enablement
  • Crosscheck JOOR data vs products files - troubleshooting
  • Price lists management
  • System and orders alignment
  • Support tickets management
  • Selling material Coordination: Selling book, PEM, images, circulars, Conditions of Sales
  • Management of entire orders cycle
  • Cancellations: liaising with showrooms in case of partial cancellations to be actioned
  • Purchase Orders raising
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding pricing, order flow, and digital tools.
  • Support the Wholesale teams and wholesale customers worldwide throughout the season and perform all administrative tasks related to key customers, as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Check customers POs against the OC and manages adjustments directly with the customers when necessary. Verify that quantity, prices, product codes, product/color descriptions, supplier code, DW and destination of the goods exactly match the OC.
  • To work towards all performance targets as set by the management team.
