  • A passion for the Commercial Property industry, ideally you’ll have studied a Real Estate related degree or similar
  • If you haven’t studied Real Estate we’re open to experience in roles that involve sales, negotiation, target/budget management, deal structure, market and competitor knowledge. Estate agency would be great, however we’re open to other industries

Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiry pipeline and undertake office and flex space viewings, making sure we deliver an excellent viewing experience
  • Work as part of the wider commercial team to enable our sales targets across the Manchester portfolio
  • Support deals through to completion using your relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Enable continuous improvements across our product proposition and review the competition, to make sure that we optimise all of our potential
  • Full lifecycle account management including expansion, retraction and renewal conversations as well as an ability to engage in potentially challenging conversations
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with serviced office brokers, office agents and other third parties to make sure Bruntwood are the client of choice
  • Work closely with local teams, including the asset managers, account management teams, community engagement managers to maximise migration of customers through our full product range
  • Work closely with the design and building surveying teams to design and appraise fitted out offices
  • Liaise with marketing team to develop and deliver effective marketing initiatives for all buildings and individual office suites
  • Understand the USPs of being a Bruntwood customer to make sure that this is sold hand in hand with the product
