  • - Providing support to the LMHT and PD Hub specific Band 6 clinicians with implementing patient care plans
  • - Co-facilitating therapy groups (Structured Clinical Management)
  • - Providing support with consolidation of skills learnt during therapy
  • - Improving access to occupation and activities
  • - Implementing interventions under direction and supervision of qualified staff
  • - Supporting ward discharges
  • - Facilitating pre-engagement work to enable patients to come into active therapy
