Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation to the Wabtec Human Resources team, managers, and employees on compensation related questions, including job evaluations and salary recommendations
  • Manage, administer and implement Wabtec’s incentive programs
  • Coordinate bonus accruals with accounting
  • Participate in salary surveys and provide market analysis to the HR community
  • Work with legal, tax and payroll on various compensation related topics
  • Maintain Wabtec’s job architecture framework and ensure it is aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
  • Provide data and analysis to the HR community as requested
  • Work with HRIS on compensation related configuration of Workday
  • Model cost implications, identify trends, and make recommendations for senior management
  • Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure our compensation strategy aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Manage and administer the tuition reimbursement program
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
