A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance is required, along with 3-5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or related fields within financial services, Fintech, or consulting firms.

Preferred experience includes knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), Consumer Protection, or Consumer Fraud compliance, as well as relevant professional certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CIPP. Experience with data analytics tools is also preferred.
