Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibility will be the development of creative communication ideas for New Retail Concepts and Formats. This will involve working on a wide range of projects across both Food and Non-food categories, where you will be involved in all aspects of Graphic Design, from Insight and Brief creation to final Design Concepts. Your expertise and experience will enable you to develop permanent Brand Communications that enhance the shopping experience for our customers in our stores. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in articulating our Brand in-store, providing clear principles and guidelines for its delivery through internal teams. You will also be responsible for managing external design agencies, specialists, and suppliers to ensure the delivery of creative solutions that set the future direction of our Brand in-store. With your skills and creativity, you will create compelling design briefs, manage and direct agencies and suppliers throughout the design process, and champion innovation based on data-informed insight and research. You will manage a wide range of projects, communicate updates to stakeholders, deliver communication principles and brand assets, provide design support throughout the design delivery process, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for new technologies and ways of working. Overall, your role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and brand experience within our stores.
