Responsibilities

  • - Executes the reception processes and associated project work for UK.
  • - Onshore project work will be execution work that requires a local presence such as aspects of data queries that entail local inspection, contacts, or language.
  • - Panel members motivation (rewards points, gift catalogue, newsletters, Website, conquest, surveys, communications…)
  • - Mobile application software maintenance
  • - Contact to global external providers: OLR(USA) Logistic team (UK) Teleperformance (Lisbon), Telsolutions (UK) and local ones: communication & printing providers, etc…
  • - Work in partnership with the country’s Input validation and Statistical Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work.
  • - Work with Global Application Teams to test and implement new features in local Platforms and Applications
  • - Perform analyses and interpret the data, applying various calculations and formulas as needed as well as producing reports and presentations that clearly communicate the results of analyses.
