Responsibilities

  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range opportunities that must be addressed together with the CE & Digital BPs.
  • He/she is part of the Customer Engagement & Customer experience HUB and will coordinate with the team to build best in class UX and CE and seamless integration with overall omnichannel value proposition.
  • As owner of the Above the Brand Content and Service Strategy, he/she is responsible for ideation, content , and, and therefore will work closely with various internal and external partners, such as local and global IT, Content Factory and 3rd party agencies/consultants.
