Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Supply chain management subject matter experts to deliver on organisational objectives
  • Coordinate and review all SCM activities in Area and develop change management strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes, products, and operating systems
  • Lead key transformational projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and productivity
  • Link upstream and downstream processes to ensure the end to end flow is optimal and works in the interest of our customers
  • Build and maintain a high level of engagement in the team and with stakeholders
  • Sustain Continuous Improvement deployment and maturity in the area and own the Area coordination of continuous improvement for SCM business
  • High level of action oriented interaction with senior leaders in the area, regional and HQ teams
  • Operate from the perspective to deliver on our Customer Centricity vision and optimizing our internal processes with an aim to consistently provide a WOW experience to our customers
  • Drive an efficiency focused mindset within the CI and Customer Experience teams to take decisions that support sustainable organic growth
  • Selecting and defining the success criteria / delivery promise of our SCM processes and deliverables
  • Partner with LnS product teams and platform owners to formulate our customer promise and translate this to the global execution roadmap owned by the Functional Process Owner in CX
