Responsibilities

  • Réceptionner et traiter les demandes des différentes divisions liées à la gestion des données clients et articles
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les acteurs internes dans l’optimisation de la qualité des demandes reçues
  • Transmettre, suivre et coordonner ces demandes quotidiennes de création, de mise à jour ou d’enrichissement des masters datas envoyées à l’équipe Centrale de l’Europe et assurer leur réalisation selon les délais impartis
  • Participer à l’élaboration et l’optimisation des procédures et documents internes nécessaires aux activités Master Data Management en conformité avec les exigences normatives
  • Assurer la formation aux outils liés au data management selon les besoins opérationnels
  • Mener les actions correctives de nettoyage dans le système et garantir la qualité des données (Data Qualité Management)
  • Enregistre les données nécessaires aux tableaux de bord du suivi de l’activité M.D.M. et notamment effectue les contrôles et enregistrements pour la certification SOX
