Responsibilities

  • Gestion logistique du parc de matériel ORL France et marketing de démonstration :
  • Gestion et suivi des envois, récupération du matériel pour le bloc opératoire ;
  • Gestion du stock de brochures, réimpression et envoi aux équipes terrains et évènements ;
  • Gestion des commandes ORL (démos en bloc opératoires /échantillons pour appels d’offres) :
  • Commande des échantillons, étiquetage et suivi des commandes dans le système Medtronic ;
  • Mise à jour des stocks sur nos outils, conditionnement et envoi via transporteur ;
  • Gestion logistique des cours de formation et des congrès régionaux et nationaux :
  • Booking du matériel, commande du consommable pour les cours Medtronic ;
  • Gestion des contrats avec les professionnels et autres organismes en coordination avec nos services internes ;
  • Création, suivi, clôture des commandes via nos outils budgétaires, et suivi des paiements.
