Responsibilities

  • Support financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting
  • Partner with Campaign Managers to track costs and manage financial activity across assigned marketing campaigns
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, contractor engagement, and procurement coordination
  • Monitor spend against approved budgets and facilitate intercompany bill-backs as needed
  • Maintain critical cross-company marketing documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date budget and spending visibility
  • Partner with cross-company teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies across marketing workflows and processes
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of workflow systems and processes within Airtable
  • Process voice-over (VO) work through Jira to ensure timely submission for invoicing
  • Partner with the Licensing team to coordinate and process licenses required for invoicing
  • Process travel expenses in Concur to ensure timely reimbursement and compliance
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed
  • Identify and recommend new tools or processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency
