Responsibilities

  • The Corporate Communications Executive is responsible for day-to-day planning and delivery of communications to our employees which build understanding of our strategy, belief in our mission and connection to our business and brands. You will be responsible for:
  • Managing our employee communication channels (e.g. newsletter, intranet, announcements, monthly cascade process, digital signage). You’ll work with leaders and individuals around the business to plan activity, shape clear messaging and write and edit content.
  • Creating plans and schedules to coordinate day-to-day communications activity as well as projects and campaigns, applying a high level of planning, analytical and organisational skills.
  • Supporting the team to execute communication campaigns around corporate announcements, working with creative agencies and helping to bring initiatives to life on the ground.
  • Telling the story of the people behind our business and brands, evidencing a newshound mentality and an instinctive understanding of what makes a good story.
  • Keeping our website pepsico.co.uk up to date with latest news and imagery, working with subject matter experts around the business to refresh content.
  • Assisting with project management and content development for company events, e.g. conferences and town halls, as well as for film and photo shoots.
  • Supporting our ‘always on’ digital communications programme, sourcing news, stories, information, facts and imagery for our LinkedIn and X channels.
  • Coordinating our employee communications community, working with our sites to enhance company-wide communications, driving consistency in our written and visual style.
