Responsibilities

  • This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.
  • Engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates
  • Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work
  • Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, and provide updates
  • Promote our employee referral program internally
