Responsibilities

  • Lead concept and localization development of new LEGO Store formats, ensuring they reflect the LEGO brand and meet local market needs.
  • Develop global guidelines that define how the LEGO brand comes to life across retail formats and regions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across Building, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Construction, and Real Estate to deliver cohesive and immersive store environments.
  • Encourage, mentor, and empower a team of designers and external creative agencies, encouraging a culture of inclusivity, growth, and excellence in execution.
  • Monitor global retail and creative trends to inform forward-thinking strategies across physical retail environments, ensuring LEGO stays at the forefront of experiential development.
  • Champion innovation and sustainability by integrating emerging built trends, materials, and technology into our physical spaces.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to build projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance and quality, aligning builds with regulatory requirements, balanced practices, company compliance policies, brand values, and quality standards.
