Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand and the Creative Services Studio Manager in the planning and execution of campaign photo and video shoots from concept to final delivery, spanning lifestyle shoots, studio shoots, ecommerce, and still-life shoots
  • Support the sample process for shoots, ensuring samples across all categories are selected in a timely manner and support business and trade goals for upcoming seasons
  • Own creative production calendar to align with critical path by scheduling shoots in accordance with sample timing, retouching deadlines, and product launches
  • Estimate and actualize annual shoot budget, negotiate vendor rates, and oversee invoicing to ensure accurate spend tracking and alignment with financial goals
  • Collaborate and nurture partnerships across cross-functional teams (Creative Services, Buying, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising) to effectively manage competing priorities and timelines to ensure goals are achieved and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate pre-production needs with support of Creative Production Assistant, such as art buying, casting, catering, location sourcing, props and set design, outfitting, shot-list development, permitting, arranging travel, and hiring equipment
  • Responsible for overseeing the management of in-house sample closet, ensuring samples and props are organized in a safe and tidy manner
  • Help maintain in-house studio, organize shoot supplies and equipment, and manage internal communication regarding studio use for shoots
  • Prepare risk assessments and collaborate with Health & Safety teams to implement and uphold safeguarding policies across all productions
  • Organise, direct, and encourage everyone on set to create unforgettable memories and bring to life inspiring concepts
  • Manage schedule and shot-list on set, creative problem-solve, and balance needs of both photo and video deliverables
  • Support the post-production process by coordinating final asset selection, collaborating with in-house retouching team, and informing key stakeholders across the organization of final deliverables
  • Manage a junior assistant effectively, positively engaging them with business goals and supporting their career growth
