Responsibilities

  • Monitor bond issuers’ reporting compliance through a periodic review of their financial disclosures
  • Maintain and update the credit files of all covered credits and the document tracking database
  • Liaise with bond issuers for missing reportorial documents
  • Keep up to date with Manulife’s investment protocols
  • Discuss compliance findings and resolutions with investment teams
  • Participate in the development, documenting and updating of our compliance monitoring procedures
  • Gather the sustainability disclosures of bond issuers
  • Support the administration and monitoring of our reinsurance counterparties as required
  • Perform any other job-related instructions, as requested, with reasonable accommodation.
