Responsibilities

  • Our industry is currently going through a period of significant regulatory change, which means it’s a great time to get involved in this area of the business, to help shape our future operations and be at the forefront of Customer Safety.
  • You’ll spend time in some of the following teams:
  • Compliance
  • Data Protection
  • Safer Gambling
  • Risk Assurance
  • Customer Safety Product
  • The programme will consist of multiple rotations over the course of 2 years.

Application Process

  • If your application is successful, you’ll go through three rounds of testing.
  • Round 1: You’ll be invited to complete a short online assessment relevant to the programme you have applied for.
  • Round 2: You’ll be invited to complete a second online assessment with SHL who specialise in general ability and personality testing. This round is to ensure we place you in the right area if you are successful!
  • Final Round: You’ll be invited to an in-person assessment centre taking place in April 2024.
