Responsibilities

  • Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
  • Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store
  • Passionately provide excellent customer service
  • Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
  • Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products

What is the hourly pay rate for the Customer Assistant position?

The hourly pay rate ranges from £12.40 to £13.35, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.

What are the typical working hours for this role?

The position has a 30-hour contract with shifts starting at 5am or finishing at 11pm.

How many days of holiday will I receive?

You will receive between 30-35 days of holiday on a pro-rata basis.
