Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Operations Manager and Transport Manager to ensure Customer Logistics arrangements are optimized
  • Key contact and coordinator for country commercial teams around customer performance, consistent issues with deliveries and special requirements
  • Responsible for Logistics relationship with customers (improvements, issues management, customer visits, logistics negotiations, reviews, new opportunities)
  • Driving Customer KPI’s : OTIF (OnTimeInFull), CFR (CaseFillRate)
  • Focal point for customer queries in the Supply Chain, providing guidance / direction on customer logistics terms and implications
  • Work with Customer Service teams to ensure conformance to Customer Logistics standard terms and conditions
  • Responsible for Cost Transformation, Cost and penalties Management
  • Key contact for Customer Logistics with the Logistics & Distribution Lead
  • Lead the Supply Chain Advantage Group strategy development and deployment
