What kind of training will I be delivering in this role?
You will deliver engaging and informative product training sessions to end users, both in-person and virtually, across the UK.
Do I need to have previous experience in software-related roles?
Yes, prior experience working with software and customers in any capacity is desired, such as software training, customer support, customer success, onboarding, or sales.
Is experience in the legal or healthcare sectors necessary for this role?
No, experience in the legal and/or healthcare sectors is a big plus but not essential.
