Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded back to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout
  • Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures
  • Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams
