Responsibilities

  • Deckers B2B support. Provide operational support to ensure B2B seasonal set ups are executed and B2B is optimised for our external customers
  • CRM and Contact Management System. Provide administrative support to system owner and user groups in line with expected service levels, triaging issues and maintaining key documents
  • Reporting. Work with Customer Service Operations Analyst to support day to day reporting and the culmination or reporting packs
  • Order Book Management. Support the Order Management team with administrative tasks relating to the efficient management of the EMEA Wholesale and Distributor Order books
