Responsibilities

  • - You establish and maintain complex customer relationships with senior executives, while communicating effectively on how Supplyframe meets their needs and objectives.
  • - Your interpersonal and communication skills, in both French and English, enable you to foster effective collaboration within the extended team. Curious and at ease in a scientific environment, you also have a strong capacity for synthesis.
  • - You help customers adopt a value-based strategy and follow up with personalized success plans.
  • - You participate in contract renewals and manage all associated activities, including the coordination of proposals, resources, billing and other deliverables, to facilitate renewals and changes.
  • - Advocate customer needs and concerns to all departments.
  • - Suggest improvements to processes or documentation.
  • - You collaborate with the pre-sales team to align results with value and ensure a smooth transition to customer success and solution delivery.
  • - You liaise with operations and development teams to resolve issues and provide feedback on how Supplyframe customers can be better served.
  • - You will manage customer loyalty by tracking progress against success plans, solution adoption and achievement of success indicators.
