Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of monthly objectives for revenue and new customer acquisition targets
  • Point of contact for inbound customer service enquiries for self-funded patients
  • Support all elements of delivering exceptional customer service, including responsibility for inbound and outbound calls, email communications, order fulfilment
  • Dealing with all self-funded customer enquiries
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions on how to improve and develop pre and post sales interaction with Dexcom leads/customers, creating a continuous positive experience
  • Responsible for proactively following up with users post sale to prevent any initial user issues and direct them towards user training resources
  • Utilises internal systems (Salesforce) to organize daily activities and accurately record all customer interactions
  • Communicate effectively with the Marketing department to feedback customer insight and how to improve the customer journey
  • Develop a good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and user interactions
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Dexcom products and confidently deal with any enquiries relating to self-funded patients and their user journey (training will be provided)
  • Independently troubleshoots and seeks solutions to problems related to customer queries, orders and sales efforts
