<ul><li>When commencing the programme all&nbsp;graduates will complete a Company two-day induction where they will meet some of the senior leadership team, learn about the company while having the opportunity to network with the other&nbsp;graduates.&nbsp;</li><li>We support the structured on the job training plan with numerous off site group development days, as well as many personal development courses. To validate your learning, we also assign structured project work that will allow you to investigate a business case and much, much more…&nbsp;</li><li>At the end of the programme, we expect the&nbsp;graduates to be ready for a HR Executive or Assistant HR Manager position in one of our hotels.&nbsp;</li></ul>
