  • Define users’ recruitments objectives (total & by target) & enable market to recruit users to app.
  • Monitor/Analyse dashboards, app metrics (conversion, retention, retailer access...)
  • Define recruitment strategy and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and local markets (France & Spain to start with)
  • User general communication; User Q&A; manage and answer app reviews on app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store)
  • Management of users’ experience, call out challenges, propose enhancements/changes
