Responsibilities

  • As a Data Analyst, you’ll support the execution of our data strategy, along with our journeys backlog to improve the end-to-end customer journey, including identifying opportunities and providing your expertise. On top of this, you’ll be delivering, consolidating and automating all business performance and proposition activities that keep the customer journey running seamlessly.
  • Day-to-day, you’ll be:
  • Supporting all of our data transformation activities
  • Designing, executing and reviewing ad-hoc data projects
  • Monitoring activity across the journeys portfolio and actively identifying opportunities
  • Understanding potential changes and translating these to business processes in order to establish the changes or improvements needed
