Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in medical device or other FDA regulated industry.
  • UDI experience or understanding desired.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with other MS Office programs and Adobe is required.
  • Familiarity with label creation or graphic software desired.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision a plus.
  • Must be able to handle project deadlines and be flexible in work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support all data entry aspects of the device labeling process.
  • Create, maintain, and implement compliant labeling based on inputs from Engineering and Regulatory departments.
  • Support updates to existing labels.
  • Manage the creation of new and updated product labeling specifications.
  • Complete UDI and EUDAMED database submissions using data provided by Product Development.
  • Assist with Document control team with Document Control functions as required.
