Responsibilities

  • Use appropriate daily/weekly/monthly scheduled reports to resolve data errors
  • Support the EPIC programme
  • Resolve duplicated and confused patient records
  • Contact colleagues across sites to resolve errors
  • Assist with annual audit for Inpatient/Outpatient/Waiting List
  • Assist the running of weekly nhs no tracing process
  • Monthly data Challenges
  • Support staff to resolve duplicated records within Cancer / Acute Services
  • Keep accurate data spreadsheets
