Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and influence sales leadership and cross-functional teams by guiding them through complex business models, enhancing PayPal’s value proposition for our merchants. You will develop financial and analytical strategies that span customer segments, products, and markets, enabling the right balance of trade-offs and driving successful outcomes across the organization. Your work will be instrumental in steering the company's strategic direction and achieving impactful results.

  • Support leadership in crafting compelling arguments and negotiating tactics to achieve favorable commercial outcomes (revenue & margin profile).
  • Fully engage in deal negotiations, partnering closely with the sales team on pitches, term sheets, contracts, and presentations.
  • Participate in the deal review and approval process, adhering to agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) with Sales partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product, finance, and other functional teams.
  • Engage in regular team interactions, contributing positively and collaboratively
