  • Imprescindible experiencia mínima de 3 años como Delegado de Ventas.
  • Imprescindible perfil muy comercial, siendo conveniente experiencia en visita Hospitalaria, Endocrinología y conocimiento de la diabetes, así como conocimiento de la Atención Primaria. No imprescindible pero muy valorable.
  • Licenciatura en farmacia, cc de la salud o similar.
  • Se valorará positivamente un buen nivel de inglés.
  • Se valorará conocimiento de tecnología sanitaria.

Responsibilities

  • Conseguir o superar el objetivo de ventas en su territorio que será: Salamanca, Zamora y León.
  • Utilizar estrategias y recursos innovadores para conseguir acceso a clientes difíciles de visitar y mejorar los resultados.
  • Diferenciar la propuesta de valor de Abbott ante todos los proveedores asignados y resolver eficazmente sus objeciones o dudas.
  • Esforzarse continuamente para obtener información sobre el mercado: identificación de las necesidades de los clientes, expectativas y retos.
  • Intercambiar buenas prácticas con el resto del equipo, para favorecer el éxito de nuestro negocio
  • Impartir formación tanto a profesionales sanitarios como a pacientes sobre las prestaciones y servicios que ofrecen nuestros productos.
