Responsibilities

  • Lead & Elevate a High-Performing Team: You’ll work closely with four Sales Executives, offering coaching, structure, and guidance to help them grow. You’ll support with deal reviews, outreach approaches, and pipeline discipline, helping create a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment.
  • Own Your Own Portfolio: Alongside leading the team, you’ll carry your own revenue target across the Marketing portfolio, our most established community. You’ll run the full sales cycle for memberships, certifications, and event delegates, combining strong inbound demand with your own proactive pipeline generation to consistently exceed targets.
  • Drive Team Best Practices: You'll oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and team output, introducing simple, effective processes that boost efficiency, accountability, and overall sales performance.
  • Build Product Knowledge: You’ll become an expert in our events and learning products and help your team understand how to position them, handle objections, and have effective multi-product conversations.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: You’ll guide the team in identifying account growth opportunities, encouraging multi-product conversations that maximise customer value and support business-wide revenue growth.
