Responsibilities

  • Act as the owner of the job costing activities related to the customers assigned, ensuring accurate and in-time invoicing, clarifications being raised and solved and avoiding delays either in invoicing or vendor payment.
  • Own all Supply Chain Management Operations activities related to job costing for the customers assigned
  • Manage and assess the documentation, system updates, and operational finance related to shipment costing and billing
  • Own, raise & clarify all customer issues related to the expenses and revenues and facilitate their timely and effective resolution by engaging with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of a strategy to create customizable solutions in job costing based on customer needs while maintaining standard product offerings
  • Support all financial risk analysis and controls to ensure correct visibility of P&L figures and results
