  • • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial business planning process for the store, securing that financial dimensions are aligned with the store priorities whilst creating commitment amongst stakeholders when setting goals.
  • Contribute and play an active role as a key part of the Unit Management team.
  • Secure full understanding of the market profit and loss, seeking out opportunities to grow the business whilst adopting a cost-conscious approach to decision making.
  • Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, securing competence in the organisation to allow analysis and understanding of business performance to make optimal business decisions.
  • Secure succession through talent identification as well as developing and empowering leaders and teams through sharing your knowledge of the business.
  • Lead the Business Risk and Compliance team to create a safety culture that puts visitors, customers, and co-workers’ wellbeing first.
  • Lead the Product Quality and Recovery team to optimize profitability.
