Responsibilities

  • Providing financial and business advice and information in support of the Care Groups senior leadership team.

Working closely with the operational teams you will support the objectives of the Trust including ensuring value for money, establishing financial planning, monthly reporting, forecasting, benchmarking and to identify and discuss with managers where savings and efficiencies can be made to enable more effective use of resources. To analyse the financial position and provide analysis to the key stakeholders of the Care Group
  • Participate in improving systems or structures within the finance department. Develop changes to business-wide structures and detailed and accurate reports from General Ledger and other highly complex IT systems.
