  • Close working relationship with internal creative and commercial teams to ensure a collaborative, cross-functional delivery that succeeds with the alignment of brand vision.
  • Close working relationship with Coty (external partner), to balance internal and external requirements, develop designs and construction details under tight timelines.
  • Oversee visual merchandising strategy and coordinate pop-up activations and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design strategies.
