  • Du studierst BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare wirtschafts- oder naturwissenschaftliche Fachrichtung im Master?
  • Du begeisterst Dich für finanzwirtschaftliche Themen und hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen?
  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen im Banken-, Kapitalmarkt-, Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen gesammelt und einige Monate im Ausland verbracht?
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und überzeugst mit Deinen kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, so dass es Dir leichtfällt, in einem globalen Arbeitsumfeld zu agieren?

Responsibilities

  • Im Rahmen des CFO-Traineeprogramms planen wir mit Dir gemeinsam vier Rotationen aus insgesamt 40 Teams, um Dich zu fördern und zu fordern.
  • Dein Rotationsplan wird sich auf strategische, zahlenorientiert-analytische und spezialisierte Themen fokussieren.
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, Aufgaben aus verschiedenen Perspektiven zu betrachten, tiefer in unterschiedliche Themen einzutauchen und gleichzeitig ein bankübergreifendes Verständnis aufzubauen.
  • Zu Beginn Deines Traineeprogramms nimmst Du an einem globalen Training teil, das Dir nicht nur eine Auffrischung Deiner analytischen Fähigkeiten bietet, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, Dich direkt mit Trainees aus dem In- und Ausland zu vernetzen.
  • Um Dich bestmöglich auf Deine Rolle in CFO vorzubereiten, erhältst Du individuelle Unterstützung durch Mentor*innen, Peers und Buddies.
  • Diese stehen Dir sowohl bei fachlichen als auch bei persönlichen Fragen zur Seite.
