  • outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills;
  • strong technical digital communications skills, particularly in web content and social media;
  • experience of specialist science communications within a digital communications environment;
  • experience of digital media best practice, including a user-centric approach to content, usability testing and accessibility;
  • knowledge and experience of brand, content and digital communication governance and best practice requirements

Responsibilities

  • You will plan, research, and create original communications content to help raise awareness and understanding of Faculty activities, and manage our core communications channels and output, including websites, social media, newsletters, and blogs.
  • You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the Faculty’s websites, and will provide support to staff and students on how to use various communications channels and general digital best practice.
