Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather web requirements
  • Define the look and feel, layout, content flow, and features of our website and campaigns
  • Maintain day-to-day management of global and regional webpages
  • Be the team expert on all things web, including web production, analytics, and testing
  • Work with third-party digital experience tools and stakeholders to implement new capabilities as applicable
  • Develop and execute web testing plans
  • Manage content and digital assets in the AWS Content Management System
  • Handle integrations between website properties and supporting software systems
  • Define website performance metrics and KPIs, implement necessary tracking mechanisms, manage reporting, and articulate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Analyze data patterns and inconsistencies to gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior
  • Manage a content inventory of all assets, including metadata, translations, imagery, graphics, videos, etc.
  • Partner with teams across AWS to execute co-owned website projects
  • Devise and own the strategy, planning, and execution of SEO initiatives for the website, incorporating local market requirements and goals to drive channel growth
  • Audit and analyze SEO performance to identify issues, find root-causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance
  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
