  • Lead the People Partnering Function
  • Design and build the People Partnering model for a fast-scaling, product-led AI company.
  • Establish a strategic and consultative approach that ties People decisions directly to business outcomes.
  • Develop frameworks for organisation design, headcount planning, succession, talent management, and change management.
  • Support Hyper-Growth & Organisational Scaling
