Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Grow and progress with our clients: Manage the P&L of your customer portfolio, define strategies with and for your platform partners, set goals and execute on it in close collaboration with the Central European Fintech team.
  • Build trusted relationships with our Fintech & Digital clients! Structured customer account management and execution. Management of customers as well as internal stakeholders to successfully design, build and implement customer solutions.
  • Develop and implement a Pan-European go-to-market plan, including product positioning, development of key benefits, and target customer for the local digital solutions.
  • Drive solution design, sales and product delivery in a highly competitive, fast changing environment.
  • Build compelling solutions! Be responsible for the design, launch and management of our overall integration approach and work with the customer and technical solution architects as well as product managers on the product roadmap to fit the market needs.
  • Proactively manage new partnership idea pipeline that anticipates and/or responds new technological trends as well as eco system stakeholder needs and competitive threats.
  • Create business cases, implementation, end to end operational and support processes, and product roadmaps for concepts under development.
  • Close & Scale! Ensure growth and tactical targets are reached.
  • Continuous development and execution of strategic framework for the Central European Fintech Platform business.
