Requirements

  • Experience leading and motivating large teams in a complex environment, preferably energy or renewables.
  • Proven track record in managing a complex asset business and multi-million pound budgets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with joint ventures and sitting on JV boards is preferred.
  • Knowledge of establishing and/or managing operational businesses internationally is desirable.
