Requirements

  • Education: Master's or advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading the delivery of human capital, employee engagement, and organizational development projects to federal agency clients.
  • Proven experience developing and winning new business with federal agency clients.
  • Deep expertise to develop new service offerings needed by federal agency clients in areas such as human capital, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Trusted relationships within federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Transportation (DOT), or other federal agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve in Key Personnel roles under Jefferson’s existing human capital, employee engagement, and/or organizational development projects supporting federal agencies.
  • Apply subject matter expertise in the delivery of human capital, employee engagement, and organizational development projects.
  • Supervise Jefferson employees supporting federal agency human capital, employee engagement, and/or organizational development projects.
  • Serve as the horizontal practice lead, coordinating with vertical agency portfolio leads on the delivery of new projects and new business efforts.
  • Lead all aspects of managing the human capital horizontal, including staffing, profitability, performance, etc.
  • Leverage relationships as well as make new connections to win new contracts and contracting vehicles that grow the human capital horizontal.
  • Identify agency needs and proactively develop and communicate solutions with the goal of growing the human capital horizontal.
  • Serve as a technical writer/lead in the development of proposals in response to federal agency solicitations.
  • Be a thought leader in human capital, including active involvement in associations, conference planning, serving as speaker/moderator, and other activities to promote Jefferson’s brand and expertise.
