Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and drives continuous improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize performance including identifying opportunities to leverage technology such as process automation to enable efficiencies.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies to develop and implement robust improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
  • Document and share best practices across the organization to foster a culture of operational excellence.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to teams on operational excellence principles and tools, facilitating knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for operational excellence initiatives.
  • Support organizational change efforts related to process improvements and operational changes.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
