Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Dmart operations across Europe, Turkey, and APAC.
  • Oversee the management of Dmart facilities, including dark stores and DCs.
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  • Manage the supply chain to ensure product availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Ops suppliers and DC / logistics providers.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Dmart operations and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially the Commercial team) to ensure seamless integration of Dmart operations with other business functions.
  • Manage and develop a team of Dmart operations and supply chain professionals.
